- Building lightweight diagnostic tools, including the new Operating Cadence Diagnostic.
- Drafting the Change Cadence framework, a companion to the readiness work.
- Writing publicly about what AI adoption actually looks like inside organizations.
Thinking about
- The gap between AI strategy decks and AI operating reality.
- How governance scales without turning into theater.
- What change capacity really costs, and who pays for it.
